For more than three decades, Mike Mueller and Mueller Septic Services were the name Piedmont families trusted when their tanks needed pumping. Mike built the business one honest job at a time — answering the phone, showing up when he said he would, and treating each customer’s home like his own.
On April 25, 2026, Mike sold the pumping side of Mueller Septic Services to local owner Charles Palmer. The asset purchase included the truck, the phone number, the customer list, and — most importantly — Mike’s commitment to train the new team and refer pumping work to Palmer Septic Services going forward.

What Mike still does
Per our agreement, Mike continues to handle installation, repair, and maintenance work— that work was carved out of the asset purchase. If you need a new tank, a drain field repair, or a full system installation, call us and we’ll connect you directly with Mike. Pumping calls always come to Palmer.
Where we work
We serve Stokes, Forsyth, Guilford, and Rockingham counties from our yard at 1901 US Hwy 311 N, Walnut Cove, NC 27052. We do not work in Surry or Yadkin — never have, never will.
