Pricing & estimates
The prices posted on this site are starting prices for typical jobs. Final pricing is confirmed on site before any work begins. Posted prices may not include charges for unusual access conditions, hazardous materials, or non-standard tank configurations.
Booking & cancellation
Bookings made online are requests; we confirm by phone before dispatching the truck. We ask for at least 24 hours notice on cancellations so we can serve another customer.
Scope of services
Palmer Septic Services provides septic tank pumping, emergency pumping, and riser/lid installation. We do not provide new system installation, drain field repair, or general maintenance work — those services were retained by Mueller Septic Services per our April 25, 2026 asset purchase agreement. We’re happy to refer those calls to Mike Mueller directly.
Service area
We serve Stokes, Forsyth, Guilford, Rockingham counties in North Carolina. We do not work in Surry or Yadkin counties.
Liability
We carry standard commercial liability insurance. Damage caused by our work — outside of normal expected disturbance to landscape near the tank lid — is covered. Pre-existing system failures, root intrusion, drain field saturation, and similar conditions are not caused by pumping and are not our responsibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
