- Service records. Tank size, pump dates, observations during service, and pricing.
- Basic site analytics. Standard aggregate data like page views and referring sites. No personally identifying tracking.
How we use it
- To schedule, dispatch, and complete the work you requested.
- To send service reminders so you don’t fall behind on pumps.
- To send invoices and follow-up communications.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information. Ever.
- We don’t share your address or phone with marketing partners.
- We don’t spam you. Reminders are infrequent and easy to opt out of.
Customer records from Mueller Septic
As part of the April 25, 2026 acquisition, customer records from Mueller Septic Services were transferred to Palmer Septic Services. We honor the same trust those customers placed in Mike Mueller — same privacy standards, same handling.
